Our Research and Development team is currently working on the FG-SYS LL (Long Line) project. It is a Digital Unit for industrial application, based on one of our Chinese clients request. While transporting hot water (about 80~90 degree Celsius), the pipes (about 20km) are demanded to be equipped with detect cables in order to decrease the leakage risk. However, in actual Chinese market, no such a product is available especially for this usage and who also achieves the strict European Norm requests.

TTK's products are designed for detecting leaks inside the building. Once received client's request, our R & D team immediately lanch into this project. It consists in the development of a very sophisticated analogue interface capable to detect and locate liquid leaks on loop of up to 2,500meters of FG-ECS or FG-ACS sensor cables. The FG-SYS LL will be provided with up to three Long-Line outputs, so the maximum capacity of this system will reach 7,500 meters. The presentation as well as the user interface of the new central unit will be very similar to the digital FG-SYS units, with 8 dry contacts, serial output with MODBUS interface and optional second MODBUS interface or FG-TCP Ethernet boards.
