TTK products line includes 4 kinds of control units:

• FG-NET touch screen digital panel (floor plan integrated, 1800m sensing cable);
• FG-SYS digital panel (can be connected up to 1800m sensing cable);
• FG-ALS (alarm locating unit) and
• FG-A (non-locating unit).

TTK propose 3 kinds of sensing cables to detect different liquids:

• FG-EC sensing cable, for water and bases conductive liquids;
• FG-AC sensing cable, for acid liquids;
• FG-HC2 sensing cable, for hydrocarbons and solvent non-conductive liquids.

 

Development of the New Materials allows the manufacture of detecting cables fulfill the industrial requirements.

These materials:

• Resist various types of acid and bases
• Use polymers "zero halogen", "self-extinguishing"
• Have characteristics hydrophobic subject.

 

 

Each length of sensing cable embeds an electronic circuit controlled by a microchip.

The sensitive and detecting cable becomes thus an "intelligent" cable which communicates an address and information of defect (a leak or a cablebreak) towards the digital unit: FG-SYS.
